Maryland written on 11 May 1717 with probate on 29 July 1717. He named wife Elizabeth, possibly (Clarkson) Semms as executrix and a Wm Clarkson as one of 2 Trustees[2]

Some records for Elizabeth have her birth date in 1711, however this appears to be a misreading of the date her father's will was signed.
