Cornelia (Skipwith) Whittle is a descendant of Pocahontas. Here is the trail.

Cornelia married James Murray Whittle on the 14th February 1843 - the son of Fortescue Whittle and Mary Ann Davis. Cornelia was the 2nd wife of James Whittle. She was born in Mecklenburg County, Virginia. She died at Chatham in 1844 and buried in the Chatham Burial Park. She died at the birth of her only child.
