Biography

David Smith was born 24 May 1702 in Barnstable, son of Joseph Smith and Anne Fuller. He married at Barnstable 8 Apr 1736 Sarah Hamblin; daughter of Joseph and Mercy (Howland) Hamblin, a descendant of Pilgrim John Howland. They had four known children. He died at Barnstable between 5 Jul 1779 and 14 Mar 1780.
