Hi Edwin! I think this profile is ready to be merged with Smith-40495. Smith-40495 into Smith-2823. What a mess! I think I have it straightened out now.

Smith-40495 and Smith-2823 appear to represent the same person because: Hi Edwin! I believe these two are the same person. Would you please merge them? This is based on The American Genealogist, Vol 34 (1958) page 160.
