Biography

Elizabeth Snow Jenison was born 6 Nov 1769 in Ashford, Windham, Connecticut, Her parents were Oliver Snow and his second wife Ursula Streeter.

Elizabeth Snow and Peter Jenison posted bonds on 1 Jan 1790 and were wed on 14 February in Charlton, Worchester, Massachusetts 25 miles from her home in Connecticut. They were known as "Godly people", members of the Methodist Episcopal Church.

Their first 5 children were born in Charlton, Worchester, Massachusetts:

Elizabeth died 1861 or 1864 at the age of 91 years. Her burial was in the North Gainesville cemetery at Lot 23.
