European Aristocracy
Blanche Somerset was a member of the aristocracy in British Isles.

Biography

Lady Blanche Somerset was the sixth daughter of Edward Somerset, 4th Earl of Worcester, and his wife Lady Elizabeth Hastings. She was born about 1584-1585, perhaps at Ragland Castle in Monmouthshire, the main seat of the Earls of Worcester, though there seems to be no sources to confirm her birthplace.

She married before 11 May 1607 (the date of the settlement after marriage), Thomas Arundell, 2nd Baron Arundell of Wardour and they had at least three children;

  1. Henry Arundell, baptised 23 February 1607/08 at St Andrew's Holborn, who succeeded his father as 3rd Baron Arundell of Wardour;
  2. Hon. Ann Arundell, married Roger Vaughan, Esquire;
  3. Hon. Katherine Arundell, married Francis Cornwallis, Esquire

I've left her 'married' name as Howard for the moment, but I think it should be Arundell. I think the Lords Arundell of Wardour, somehow got confused with the Howard, Earls of Arundel but they are completely different families.

Beaufort-202 and Somerset-53 appear to represent the same person because: There is a difference in the birth year, but they are the same person - Somerset is the correct Last Name at Birth

Somerset-65 and Somerset-53 appear to represent the same person because: Although there is a difference of a year in their births, they must be the same person. Somerset is the correct birth name, though Howard is an incorrect married name.
