Note: He was a Confederate Civil War Soldier. Served in Company D, 8th Calvery. also his first wife, Lydia, has death as August 17, 1887 in White county, on 2 different FAG Find A Grave: Memorial #28986080 in Greenwood cemetery, and Find A Grave: Memorial #30446138 in Witt cemetery, There is a marriage record that Mary Cooper married Temple in 1878 so there is some conflicts on records
