Biography
Peter was born about 1843. He was the son of Adam Starcher and Phoebe Coger.
In 1850, Peter Starcher lived in Gilmer County, Virginia, with his father Adam Starcher, a farmer, and mother Phebe Starcher and 8 brothers and sisters.[1]
Sarah Wilson and Peter Starcher were married on 4 Oct 1866 in Calhoun County, West Virginia. Sarah was the daughter of John and Catherine Wilson.[2]
He passed away about 1896.
