"John Hill Brinton... married, April 30, 1795, Sarah Steinmetz, of German descent. She was the daughter of John and Catharine (Keppele) Stinemetz, and a graddaughter of John Henry Keppele, born 1716 in Heilbroon, Wurtemberg."[1]
