James (Stewart) Stewart VIth of Traquair was born in Scotland.
James (Stewart) Stewart VIth of Traquair is a member of Clan Stewart.

James Stewart (6th of Traquair) was born in 1534. He was the son of William Stewart, (2nd of Traquair) and his wife Christian Hay.[1]

He was a Lieutenant of the Guard under his brother Sir John Stewart.

He died before 28 April1606.[2]

Marriage

James Stewart was married to Catherine Kerr.[3]

James Stewart, 6th of Traquair and Catherine Kerr had nine children[3]:
