Biography
In 1700, Abigail Turner, and her two sons, Benjamin Stockbridge and Samuel Stockbridge all of Scituate requested the appraisal of their portion of their father, Charles Stockbridge's estate.[1]
His will is dated 19 March 1724/25 and proved on 9 August 1725 in Plymouth. He mentions his wife Mercy, and his children, Elizabeth, wife of James Turner, Jr., Benjamin Stockbridge, and Mercy Stockbridge.[2]
