Biography

Elizabeth Stewart was born illegitimately about 1486. She was the daughter of James Stewart (1st Earl of Buchan) and an unknown mother.1

Marriage

• 1. In 1507 Elizabeth was married first to Mungo Home, son of John Home and Margaret Ker.

• 2. After 1513 she was married, secondly to Patrick Sinclair, son of Edward Sinclair (2nd of Dryden) and an unknown Crichton.
