1830 census finds Mary "Molly" Bray living in Claiborne County. The household was composed of three males aged 20 but under 30 years, one female aged 15 but under 20 years, one female aged 20 but under 30 years, and a female aged 60 but under 70 years.
1850 census finds Molly in Claiborne County living with Thomas Bray, employed as a farmer, Eliza Bray, and four children: Melvina, Clinton, James, and ?? (Unable to make this out) Bray. There is another Bray family living nearby, the James Brays.
