Grace Talbot (b. c.1550) was the da. of Sir George Talbot and Gertrude Manners. She married Henry Cavendish, Esq., Sheriff of Derbyshire, son of Sir William Cavendish, Burgess of Thirsk, Treasurer of the Chamber of King Henry VIII and Elizabeth Hardwicke, on 9 February 1568 at Sheffield, Yorkshire, England; No issue, although her husband had 8 children by multiple mistresses. She possibly died c.1625 Doveridge, Derbyshire, England.^{[citation needed]}
