Note

Note: @NI01931@
@NI01931@ NOTEHello Mary,
You will recall that, last month, I could not readily access the primarysource documentation of Samuel Wainwright's marriage record (theminister's return). The archives had moved some of the Brunswick Countyrecords that had not been microfilmed out to the Records Center, which isonly open one day a week. Since I often use these records (many thousandsof people migrated through this county south and west), I filled in arequest form that these records be brought back to the main library. Theywere brought back, so I checked the ministers' returns yesterday for you.I found the Wainwright marriage on a 1785 return of Thomas Lundie. Heclearly wrote Nancy's name as THOMSON, not Thomas (as it is printed inthe published record). I know this could make a big difference in yourresearch. So I am sending you a copy of the original record, plus acouple of other items.
The above is taken from an e-mail sent to me from a hired prof. gen.researcher, Frankie Liles, in Dinwiddie Co., VA.
THE FOLLOWING WAS SENT TO ME BY ERIC DISTANISLAO SEPT. 18, 2007, WHICH ISAN EXCERPT FROM HIS FAMILY RESEARCH.
