Biography
Cecilia was born in January of 1808. She was the daughter of Waddy Thompson and Elizabeth Anderson. She married Jordan Price Rusher on April 16, 1836 in Bedford, Virginia.[1] They are listed together on the 1850 Census,[2] the 1860 Census,[3] and the 1870 Census.[4] Her husband passed away in December of 1871.[5] She passed away sometime after him; likely between 1871 and 1880 because she has not been located on the 1880 Census.[6]
