The sources support that Gróa was married to Duncan Caithness (871-925) and not his son, Duncan MacDonachadh ( - 965)

Gróa - b. est 810 - last name unknown - was the mother of Rögnvaldur 'mærajarl's two sons Hallaður and Hrollaugur. Gróa Þorsteinsdóttir - b. est 870 - was the daughter of Þorsteinn rauði Ólafsson and Þuríður Eyvindardóttir. The latter one was the wife of Duncan. So we should remove Rögnvaldur 'mærajarl' and his son and restoring Duncan. I don't have access to remove Rögnvaldur.
