Biography
- When Minerva Susan Toney was born on February 8, 1857, in Boone County, West Virginia, her father, Adam, was 37 and her mother, Mary, was 21. She married her first husband on February 10, 1875, in Boone County, West Virginia. On May 23, 1880, she married her second husband in Kanawha County, West Virginia. She died on February 10, 1932, in Chesapeake, West Virginia, at the age of 75, and was buried in Marmet, West Virginia.
