See Ronel's comments under Marrijtie van Eck - the Maria van Nek/Eck married to Gijsbert Verweij being daughter of Cornelis van Eck/Neck and Elisabeth Schmidt/Smit. This also is reflected in the Verweij children's names, daughter 1 being Elizabeth and son 2 being Cornelis.
