Priscilla was born 6 May 1884 in Grundy, Missouri, United States. She was the daughter of William VanBuren Ward and Mary Mathilda Maxson.
Priscilla became the first wife of Harvey S. JOINER 06 Sep 1905 in Grundy, Missouri. They had no children.
She died 17 Dec 1906 in Grundy, Missouri, United States and was buried in Spickard Masonic Cemetery , Spickard, Grundy County, Missouri, United States.[1][2]
