Biography

Abraham Weed was born to Daniel and Ruth Woods Weed on 18 August 1680 in Stamford, Connecticut. [1]

"Abraham, son of Daniell was on 18 August 1698 18 years old."[2]

Abraham Weed married Susanna Bell in Stamford on 11 April 1706.[2]

Abraham died on 26 December 1711 in Stamford, Connecticut. [2][3]

He died intestate. His inventory was taken on 4 February 1711/12.[3] Susannah got 1/3 of the house and lands, 1/3 moveables. It is mentioned that there is one son and two daughters, but they are not named. Inventory includes a female enslaved person, no name or age. Susanna's brother John Bell helped with the admin of the estate.

Susannah and Thomas Talmadge had a son James Talmadge, b. Stamford, Conn. 9 Sept 1721; d. New Canaan, Conn. 8 Dec 1797 who married Norwalk, Conn. 31 Dec 1741 to Mary Seymour, b. 19 Sept. 1719, d. 17 Mar. 1792. [4]
