Margery Wentworth was the daughter of Henry Wentworth, Esq. of Codham Hall, Essex, and Elizabeth Howard.[1] Margery's date and place of birth are unknown. Her birth is estimated to be about 1463.[2]
Marriage
Margery married before 1483 to William Waldegrave, Knt., of Suffolk, Essex and Northamptonshire, son and heir of Thomas Waldgrave, Knt., and Elizabeth Fray.[1] They had four sons and seven daughters:
George, Esq., born about 1483, married Anne Drury and had seven children. George died 8 July 1528.[1]
Anthony, Esq., of Ferrers, Essex, married Elizabeth Gray.[1]
Margery was buried on 7 May 1540 at Bures St. Mary, Suffolk, England.[1]
