Biography

Nathan was born 30 Dec 1759 in Wallingford, New Haven County, Connecticut. He was the son of Samson and Sarah Wheeler. ^[1]

Marriage

Nathan married twice:

1. Mary (Doolittle) Wheeler 23 Mar 1786 in Winchester, Litchfield, Connecticut. ^[2] Mary died 4 Aug 1822 - there were six known children from this union.
2. Ruth (Hunt) Wheeler

Death

Nathan died 02 Jan 1801 in Winchester, Litchfield, Connecticut at the age of 42. His death was a result of a farming accident. He fell from a hay mow & was killed when a pitchfork pierced him. ^{[4] [5] [6]}
