Sarah Whipple was born at Grafton, Massachusetts on January 11, 1729, daughter of James Jr. and Sarah (Adams) Whipple. [1][2][3]
She married Isaac Willard at Grafton on December 29, 1746. Isaac was born there on April 15, 1724, son of Joseph and Martha (Clarke) Willard. [1][2][3][4]
In the division of the estate of her father James Sr., who died intestate, the court ordered that the real estate valued at L512 be divided among the four children as follows; [5]
sons James Jr. and John Whipple
daughters Lydia Whipple and widow Mary Winchester. [5]
The court ordered further that James Whipple Jr. pay his sisters Sarah Willard, wife of Isaac Willard and sister Eunice L64 each. And ordered that John Whipple pay his brother Daniel the same amount. [5]
The following persons, signed final settlement on May 20, 1760, as satisfied with the above divisions:

Mary Sherman and Ephraim Sherman Jr.
