Biography

Mary White was born on 31 Aug 1675 in Mendon, Massachusetts to parents Joseph White and Lydia Rogers. She married first Ebenezer Hill Sr. in 1691 in Sherborn, Massachusetts. Children: Ebenezer Jr., David, Mary, Joseph, Isaac, Lydia, Judith, Hannah, Seth.

After Ebenezer died in 1734 she married second Capt. Seth Chapin on 8 Nov 1742 in Mendon, Massachusetts. She died on 24 Jan 1758 in Bellingham, Massachusetts.

Grave Inscription: "Here Lies The Body of Mrs. Mary Chapin widow of Capt. Seth Chapin late of Mendon deceased January ye 24th, 1758 in ye 84th Year of her age"
