Patience White may have been born in late 1685, possibly in November (see Research Notes, below), and probably in Dorchester, Suffolk County, Province of Massachusetts Bay, since she was "aged near 60 years" at the time of her death in She was the daughter of Henry White and Mary Weeks.
Patience married John Farrington on 17 Apr 1707, in Dedham, Suffolk County, Province of Massachusetts Bay.[1]
Patience (White) Farrington died on 9 Feb 1746, in Dedham, Suffolk County (after 1776, Norfolk County), in the Province of Massachusetts Bay.[2]
Research Notes
Birth Date: No record for Patience's birth has been found in the Dorchester Vital Records. There is apparently some evidence, somewhere, that she was born on 7 Apr 1685, although this would conflict with the birth date (in February of 1784/5) of her brother, William. Her death record, indicating she was "aged near 60 years" when she died in February of 1745/6, would seem to indicate she was born in about 1686, possibly in late 1685. Placing her birth in November of 1685, nine months after William's birth and 9 months before that of her sister, Elizabeth, would seem convenient. Anderson-27719 03:46, 6 March 2021 (UTC)
