Clark was born in 1889 in Randolph, Pontotoc County, Mississippi to parents Jesse Green Williams (1845-1908) andMargaret Elizabeth (Bell) Williams (1852-1903). When Clark was about 21 he married Verba Mae Greenwood abt 1911.[1] Years after the death of Verba Greenwood, Clark then married Pearl Agnes Lewis Williams in California. [2] On Oct 9, 1970 Clark died in Orange County, California and is buried in
Westminster Memorial Park, Westminster, Orange County,California [3]
