In 1817 James Williams married Martha Weaver in Bristol. The couple baptised John Williams. Although son James William's death record mentioned his mother as Mary, perhaps his surviving relative was unsure of her fist name. There appears to be no James and Mary Williams baptising children in Bristol at this time.
On 19 August 1821 a James William Williams was baptised aged 3 weeks in Bristol by James and Martha. James was a Labourer. [2]
