Some research suggests that Sarah Winston (ca. 1590-1660) was a daughter. She married John Woodson Sr (ca. 1586-1644), and according to the initial introduction on this profile, apparently would have been the widow of John Syme.
It makes sense that this Isaac Winston would have been the husband of Mary Dabney, who was born before 10 Jan 1569, Dorset, England and died circa 1658, Hanover, Virginia.
"Walter Coles was the son of John Coles, a merchant of Richmond, who emigrated from 'Enniscorthy,' Ireland, by his wife, Mary (1718-1755), daughter of Isaac Winston, of Hanover County, Va. PAGE 534."
Cannot be correct, as Mary (1718-1755) was born after this Isaac died.

Seems to fit, somewhere, but given the introductory paragraph, it's unclear.
