DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Joseph by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Joseph:

Wood-9371 and Wood-217 appear to represent the same person because: These two profiles are of the same person...one profile very complete, the other due to a gedcom load and is incomplete

I'm finding too many discrepancies, so I'm going to detach and create a different Joseph Wood. I'll leave the source for reference but not that it may not apply to this Joseph.

I also note that Elizabeth and Rachel's birth dates are likely incorrect or they belong to another individual, as Sarah's profile (if correct) says she died in 1747.

I updated with a source that will require some significant updates regarding Joseph's date of death and location. Seems like his son Joseph has his 1793 date of death. Joseph's son Jonathan relocated to Nelson Co., Kentucky and a Joseph Jr. is noted to have died there in 1797.. which could potentially fix Joseph Jr's date of death.

Wood-217 and Wood-12032 appear to represent the same person because: same mother, father, dates and places. Should merge Wood-12032 into the lower numbered Wood-217
