Susannah was born in 1714 in St Peters, New Kent, Virginia, United States. She was the daughter of Tarleton Woodson and Ursula (Fleming) Woodson.^[1]

When Susannah was about 17 she married on 7 September 1731.^[1]

Susannah died at the age of about 62 in 1776 in Bristol, New Kent, Virginia, United States.^[1]
