DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Samuel by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Samuel:
Wright-10036 and Wright-580 appear to represent the same person because: Father only had 1 son named Samuel. So, which DOB is correct?
It seem dubious that Samuel would have married at age 16 (according to Wright-10036 profile; DOB 6 Jan 1671). It seems more likely that Samuel would have married at age 27 (Wright-580 profile, DOB 1659).
Once this merge is completed, will need to merge the profiles of his two spouses. Since two of those profiles are privacy protected, and the profile mgr may be unresponsive, might have to let the merge requests age for 30 days and then proceed without needing his approval.
