Biography

• Samuel Wright II is the son of Samuel Wright Sr. (abt.1634-1690) and Mary (Butler) Wright (abt.1639-1689). Born in the year 6 Jan 1661 • Wethersfield, Hartford, Connecticut.^{[1][2][3][4][5][6][7] [8][1][2][3][6][7]}

When Sgt. Samuel Wright was born on January 6, 1661, in Wethersfield, Connecticut, his father, Samuel, was 24 and his mother, Mary, was 26. He married Rebecca (Crafts) Wright on May 11, 1686, in Roxbury, Massachusetts. They had eight children in 19 years. He died on October 12, 1734, in his hometown at the age of 73, and was buried there.
