This tag is obviously mistaken but perhaps there is a thread of truth. Did Edward sail to Scotland during his sailing days? If so then he most surely sailed back aboard the same ship. Maybe he told his young sons of his trip to Scotland, that story was re-told in presenting the model to the society and the result is a little bit of fractured history.
