At any given time the Premier of the Province of Canada was either the Canada West Premier or the Canada East Premier. The other Premier of the two was the Deputy Premier of the Province of Canada. Wikipedia has a nicely formatted page of all of those Premiers. There's also a more compact list on the Premiers of Province of Canada page.
