Abbott-3260 and Abbott-969 appear to represent the same person because: Dates and spouse match.

It is interesting to note that both her father, Paul (Abbot-245), and his father, William (Abbott-5809) are said to have married an "Elizabeth Gray" (See the History of Milford source). That seems odd, to me. Can anyone find a source that agrees with this?

The wife of William Abbott was most likely Elizabeth Geary (also given as Gary in some records) of Roxbury daughter of Nathaniel Geary. The marriage occurred in Roxbury. Cutter (and some other sources) incorrectly give her name as Elizabeth Gray.

Here is one version of the marriage record of William Abbott to Elizabeth Gary. "Massachusetts, Town Clerk, Vital and Town Records, 1626-2001," database with images, FamilySearch (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:FHZ9-H4J : 10 November 2020), William Abbot, 19 Jun 1682; citing Marriage, Roxbury, Boston, Suffolk, Massachusetts Bay Colony, British Colonial America, Massachusetts Secretary of the Commonwealth, Boston; FHL microfilm 007009473.
