Elizabeth (Abbott) Goodroom was born in Essex, England.

Elizabeth Abbott was born in 1762. She was the daughter of Isaac Abbot and Anne unknown. Elizabeth was baptised on 12th July 1762 at St. Mary the Virgin in Wivenhoe, Essex, England. ^[1]

On 23rd February 1786, Elizabeth married John Goodroom. The marriage by banns took place at St. Mary the Virgin, in Wivenhoe, Essex. ^[2]
