She was adopted by John Glen Crane and Ina Mary Martin and her adoptive name was Patti Lou Crane.

In 1940 she lived with her adoptive parents in Veedersburg, Van Buren Township, Fountain, Indiana, United States.^[2]

In 1948 she married James Daniel McKinney.^[3]

In 1954 she married Howard Elmer Fleck.^[4]

In 1963 she married Ray Edward McCollum.^[5]

In 1982 she married Herman J Abbott.

She passed away in 2011.^[6][7]
