Clara's parents were listed as Joel Ackerman and Elizabeth Jeffers. [5] Her age is incorrect in this marriage source, possibly because of the difference in ages between them.
Clara died May 6 1927 in Rice Lake, Wisconsin.
Claria is buried in Cedar Lake Cemetery, Mikana, Barron County, Wisconsin.[6]
