Biography

Henderson Acord was born ca 1834, in Ohio.^[1] He was the son of Job Acord and Mary Polly Harper.

He married Arametta Francis Sherry (1837-) on September 18, 1856, in Hamilton County, Illinois. They had 2 known children.

1. Mary O Acord (1859-)^[1]
2. Amanda (1860-1953)^[1]

They made their home in Hamilton County, Illinois, where in 1860, he was a Farmer, with wife, Arametta-23, Mary O-1, and baby Amaranda, 2 months old in the home.^[1]

He died at the age of 31, ca May 6, 1865 in Hamilton county, Illinois.
