Possibly the last child of William Harvey and his wife Eliza Jane Acton was Robert Dow Acton, known affectionately in my family as Uncle Dow. Born 08 Feb 1886, in Danville, and died 15 Feb 1962, buried in Springhill Cemetery In Denville Illinois. His wife was Una Ariel Dale 1892-1977. They had four children, Robert Dale (Beaver) Acton, Barbara Jean Acton who tragically died very young, William Harvey Acton, and Thomas Jackson Acton Sr.
I believe there was one other sister - Lola Belle Acton, born 18 Sept 1871 and died 27 July 1929. She was buried in SpringHill Cemetery, Danville, Illinois. She married Jesse Josiah Crawford, and had the following children: Ruby Zazel Crawford, 1893-1953; Nelle Crawford , 1896-1953; Caroll Victor Crawford, 1898-1976; Marie Jesse Crawford, 1903-1979; Dowell Acton Crawford, 1909-1971; Genevieve Crawford , 1910-; Adelaide Crawford ,1911-1998; and Barbara Crawford, date unknown.
