Able Adams was born on 3 April 1756 in Simsbury, Hartford County, Connecticut. Abel served in Captain Ahel Pettibone's 7th Company 2nd regiment in Connecticut . Abel, also served in Captain Ephraim Warren's Company, 11th Regiment CT. Militia.[1] He married Rosene Cossette who was born on 30 May 1759 and died 25 October 1827. He died March 25, 1829.
