"We the undersigned being present at the making of Kinion Adams Will at the last sickness of Kinion Adams at his dwelling in said county, and being called upon by him to be witness to his Will, heard him declare his will as follows: 1st, I wish my wife Elizabeth Adams to have and I bequeath and give to her my home place consisting of the lot of land upon which is located my dwelling house; 2nd, I bequeath and give to my daughter Carrie Thrower the place she now lives upon; 3rd, The residence and remainder of my estate both real and personal I direct be equally divided among all my heirs. It is my desire that there be no lawsuit over my estate. All of which on the fifth day after Kinion Adams died was reduced to writing and signed by us at the request of Warren Adams and Joe T.
