Biography

On 4 Jul 1793, John Adams subscribed to the support of Rev. John Griswold as pastor of the First Congregational Church in Pawlet, Vermont, United States.^[1]. Birth year is a maximum estimate, based on the assumption that John was at least eighteen when he subscribed to support Rev. Griswold; John may well have been born many years earlier.
