1870 US Census - Chester (23) lived in Hamilton Township, Van Buren, Michigan with his parents, Anson (53) and Alma (56), and siblings: Walter (19), Almeda (17), Alanson (15), Irving (13), and Clinton (11).[4]
He married Jennie Parker in 1871, marrying in Keeler, Van Buren, Michigan.[5]
1880 US Census - Chester (33) lived in Sac Township, Sac, Iowa with his wife, Jennie A (31) and son, Anson A Adams (8).[6]
1900 US Census - Chester (53) lived in Seattle city Ward 8, King, Washington with his wife, Jennie (51). Their son Anson (28), his wife, Estella (22) and their daughter Vera P (6) also lived with them.[7]
1910 US Census - Chester (63) lived in Seattle Ward 14, King, Washington with his wife, Jennie (61) and their granddaughter, Vera P. Adams (16).[8]
1920 US Census - Chester (72) lived in King, Washington with his wife, Jennie A. (70).[9]
1930 US Census - Chester (83) lived in Seattle, King, Washington with his wife, Jennie (80).[10]
Chester died 28 Jun 1939 in Seattle, King County, Washington. He was widowed and his occupation was farmer. The death record lists his wife as Jennie Parker. [11]
He was buried in Western State Hospital Memorial Cemetery in Lakewood, Pierce, Washington.[12]
