It is possible, not yet proven, that Capt Robert Adams (married Mourning Lewis) is a son of William and Mary (Walker) Addams of Martin's Hundred VA (now James City Co). According to a number of researchers, records and dates show "...[it is] highly likely this is the Grandson of the first Robert Adams of Martins Hundred."[1]
