In 2022, owners of the Chequer Hall farm are Chris Hanna and his wife Sinead / Jane. They were visited by Adams descendants Stacia Smith & Sunny Smith. Chis Hanna is a descendant of Ann Hanna, who purchased the farm from descendants of the Adams family after the last living relative passed on.
The ceramic pitcher in the picture on this profile is a pitcher from the farm, passed down to Mary Seabrook m. Smith, of Alexandria, Virginia, by her mother Sarah Dougherty Mell m. Seabrook.
