Estella Leffel Left Lincoln and had not been Heard from Since 1922.

A petition asking that Mrs. Estella Leffel, who left her home in Lincoln, April 19, 1922, and has not been heard from since by relatives and friends be declared legally dead was filed in county court Thursday afternoon. The petition asks that such steps be taken in order that a personal estate of some household goods may be settled.

The petition was filed by attorney W. C. Parriott for the husband, Dorsey H. Leffel. The other heirs interested are the children, Jessie Browman, Beulah Brown, Mary Jane Leffel, and Harlan, a son. It is asked in the petition that inasmuch as Mrs. Leffel has not been heard from for seven years she be declared legally dead.
