Jacob Adams is part of a Bahamian family.

Jacob Rollins Adams was born on 4 May 1812 in Bahamas, son of Jacob Adams (1763–1829) and Wyannie Lavinia Malone (1770–~1835).[1]

His siblings were:

Jacob (19) married Catherine Sawyer (15) (born in Harbour Island, Eleuthera, Bahamas; daughter of Richard Sawyer and Elizabeth (Saunders) Sawyer) on 3 April 1832 in Grand Bahama, Bahamas. Their known children were:

Jacob died on 14 May 1869 in Hope Town, Abaco Islands, Bahamas, aged 57.
