In 1880, Arena A, 24, was living in Henderson, TN with her widowed brother, Wm H, 37, and their widowed mother, Mary L, 60. Also in the household were his daughters Mary P, 3, and Lily A, 3 mo.[4]

In 1900, Arena E. Parker, Dec 1855, was living in Carroll, TN with her husband, William G. Parker, 52. Also in the household were James, 12, Ruth, 7, and boarders Wilmer Hardy, William F Roberts and Vinnie Pearson. Arena and William had been married 19 yrs. She had given birth to 5 children, 3 still alive. William was farming his own land he owned outright. James is listed as farm labor.[5]

Also in the household were his son, Kealon, 18, and her daughter Ruby Barger, 15. Ruth's age at first marriage was 18, Connie's isn't listed. Connie was a general farmer.[9]

His dates are 1847-1916. Her dates are 1854-1945 (her other records have a DOB as 1859.)[10]
