Jessie was born 8 July 1887 in Dresden.^[1] She was living there with her parents in 1900.^[2]

By 1920, Jessie had married Veda Howell. They were living in Dresden at the time of the 1920 Census^[3] and were still there in 1930.^[4]

Jessie died at the home of a daughter in Frazeysburg on 11 March 1974.^[5] Burial was at Mt. Zion Cemetery near Chandlersville.^[6]

Note: Middle name is seen as both Geneve and Genevive.
